YOU'RE INVITED: FAMM PARTNER BLAST & CAST​

Port Mansfield, TX | November 17-19 or 19-21, 2026

We love creating memories and having fun with our partners - and this year’s FAMM Partner Blast & Cast is one you won’t want to miss. 

 

We’re inviting you as a special guest to join us for two action-packed days of duck hunting, redfish and speckled trout fishing, great food, and meaningful conversations about how we can continue—or begin—partnering together to bring the Gospel to unreached people.

TRIP OVERVIEW

The FAMM Partner “Blast and Cast” will be held in Port Mansfield, TX. It is by invitation only and limited to 15 people per trip. It is an active day hunting and fishing on the water. We will be hitting it hard and fast, having a blast…pun intended!

​

We will host two trips back-to-back from Nov. 17-21, 2026. Each trip arrives the afternoon before, hunting and fishing for one day and departing the next morning. Each trip will use three guides and have three boats for hunting and fishing.

  • Arrive between 3:00–6:00 PM (address 1106 W Port Rd, Port Mansfield, TX 78598)

  • Dinner at 7:00 PM

  • Hang Out and to bed

Day 2

  • Rise and shine with a light breakfast and coffee

  • Cast Experience all morning

  • Midday meal & fellowship

  • Cast Experience all afternoon

  • Clean up, dinner and discussion

  • Hang and get to bed

Day 3

  • Rise and shine with a light breakfast and coffee

  • Blast Experience in the morning

  • Clean up, pack up and hang out

  • Lunch and Depart

  • Accommodation: Harbors Inn, Port Mansfield, TX
    Address:  1106 W Port Rd, Port Mansfield, TX 78598

    • We will have three condos each hosting 5 people​

    • Meals will be all together

  • Blasting and Casting: In and around the Laguna Madre area

If Flying:

  • Airport: Valley International Airport (HRL)

  • We will coordinate airport pickup and drop-off (approx. 45 min. from lodge).

Flight Cost Estimates:

  • From Dallas : American (approx. $640), United (approx. $525), Southwest (approx. $300)

  • From Houston : United (approx. $350), Southwest (approx. $250)

If Driving: Harbor’s Inn (1106 W Port Rd, Port Mansfield, TX 78598)

  • From Dallas : 8 hrs (536 miles)

  • From Houston : 5.5 hours (352 miles)​​​

  • Roundtrip ground transport to/from HRL airport

  • Lodging at Harbor's Inn Condos

  • Guided hunting & fishing excursions

  • Shotgun shells - steel shot required (or bring your own)

  • Fishing gear & tackle (or bring your own)

  • Meals, snacks, and drinks

  • Waders (or bring your own)

  • Full reimbursement for hunting/fishing licenses

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Clothing:

    • Camo and boots for duck hunting

    • Fishing clothes

    • Wading shoes (if using our waders, no need for shoes)

    • Casual attire for relaxing at the lodge

  • Gear:

    • Shotgun (steel shot-compatible; must be in a hard case with locks, if flying)

    • Hat & polarized sunglasses

Licensing Requirements:

We’ll reimburse all license costs. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Out-of-State Guests:

    • 5-Day Special Hunting License: $48

    • Texas Migratory Game Bird Endorsement: $7

    • Federal Duck Stamp: $25

    • HIP Certification (no fee)

    • Hunter Education Certificate (or 1-year deferral)

  • Texas Residents:

    • Standard Hunting License: $25

    • Texas Migratory Game Bird Endorsement: $7

    • Federal Duck Stamp: $25

    • HIP Certification (no fee)

    • Hunter Education Certificate (or 1-year deferral)
